- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualification: SPM or above can apply.
- Candidate must be able to converse in English and Mandarin.
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products.
- To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
