Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations at Counter including:
\xe2\x80\x93 Inventory management: Monitor movement of inventory, order/replenish inventory according to promotions and sales projection.\xe2\x80\x93 Floor management.
  • POS/invoicing, self-collection of online purchases.
  • Customer service.
  • Booking of in-store facilities.
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service staff to provide excellent service:
\xe2\x80\x93 In-charge of rostering, evaluating performance, providing feedback, coaching, and motivating the team.\xe2\x80\x93 Be the Brand Ambassador with a strong floor presence, ensuring the team.
  • maintains a high standard of grooming and appropriate conduct consistent with our brand image.
\xe2\x80\x93 Enhance in-store experience and maximize sales conversion.\xe2\x80\x93 Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.\xe2\x80\x93 Establish regular contact with distributors and maintain healthy relationships.
  • Manage in-store company assets:
\xe2\x80\x93 Keep visual merchandising and in-store POSM up-to-date and ensuring that housekeeping is up-to-standard.
  • Manage and execute in-store activities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Work closely with Marketing department for the execution of sales and promotional activities.\xe2\x80\x93 Proactively give suggestions to drive store traffic.
  • Track and report store performance according to agreed KPIs.
  • Assist leaders to arrange and setup the exhibition booth if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Min. SPM Level
  • Min. 3 years of relevant managerial experience in the retail/beauty industry
  • Presentable and positive attitude
  • Pleasant, outgoing and sociable personality with good interpersonal and customer service skill
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Willing to lead by example in all in-store initiatives and activities
  • Results-driven, adaptable and flexible, able to work well under pressure and in challenging situations
  • On a rotational scheduled basis
  • Experience on event management is added value
  • Able to perform shift duty including weekends & willing to work retail hours
  • MRT station is within walking distance from company
