At least 4 years of experience in Customer Service/Customer Relations/Retail Sales Operations
Background from FMCG industry will be an added advantage
Possess leadership qualities, able to guide and supervise a team
Good communication and organization skills

Manage daily operations at Counter including managing inventory and the retail floor space
POS/Invoiving, sell-collection of online purchases
Customer service
Booking of in-store facilities
Lead and manage a team of customer service staff to provide excellent service:
1) In charge of rostering, evaluate performance, providing feedback, coaching and motivating the team
2) Be the Brand Ambassador with strong floor presence, ensuring the team maintains a high standard of grooming and appropriate conduct consistent with our brand image
3)Enhance in-store experience and maximize sales conversion
4) Handle customer feedback and provide service recovery when necessary
5) Establish regular contact with distributors and maintain healthy relationships
Manage in-store company assets by keeping visual merchandising and in-store POSM up-to-date and ensuring housekeeping is up-to-standard.
Manage and execute in-store activities by working closely with Marketing department for sales and promotional activities, give suggestions to drive store traffic
Track and report store performance according to agreed KPIs
