This Project is located at Lake Point Club, Setia Alam Impian, Shah Alam

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relations & Frontline Support

Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries. Provide professional, friendly service to clients and members. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.

2. Finance & Accounts Support

Assist in processing invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping. Prepare simple financial reports and assist with budget tracking. Support the finance team with documentation, filing, and audits.

3. Sales & Marketing

Promote membership packages, banquet services, and event facilities to potential clients. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns or seasonal offers.

4. Design & Content Creation

Create visually appealing marketing materials, such as flyers, social media posts, and banners. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across channels. Use design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.) to support campaign needs.

5. Administrative Duties

Maintain accurate records of clients, bookings, and memberships. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and support event coordination. Perform general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and stock ordering.
Job Requirements:

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. SPM/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field. Experience in sales and customer service; hospitality industry background is a plus. Proficient in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken formats. Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
