Job Description


Job Responsibility Handling pre-sales and after-sales service for food delivery orders. Answering and managing inquiries related to orders from merchants/customers. Handling and recording issues with food delivery orders. Managing exceptional orders. Forwarding issues to other departments for collaborative resolution. Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week; rotational shifts (morning/afternoon/evening). No prior work experience required, company provides on-the-job training. Work Location: Phileo Damansara / PJ (Near public transportation) Job Requirements Kuala Lumpur Area (Mandarin) Customer Service Representative We are an established service platform company with over 5 years of experience, newly establishing a customer service center in the Kuala Lumpur area and recruiting a large number of customer service representatives.
