Job Description


Job Responsibility Well knowledge about company product or service guide the customer to reach a deal. To communicate with customer thru to promote sales through networks chat. Respond to telephone inquiries and Internet inquiries; Handle order through website and phone. (Liang, Souper Tang, YS) Own website,Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook, WhatsApp. Arrange shipping and Classification of different logistics delivery to make sure all in order. Record shipping order. Handle customer order, payment, and follow up with Logistics status; Handle customer complaint and feedback, return and exchange goods. Looking for potential customer and Agent. Support Marketing Team to provide idea and discuss sales planning offer. To check with network promotion layout, etc.; To ensure customers can easily see the latest promotions and products. To Achieve group sales goals Additional tasks assigned by Management Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a SPM or equivalent. Required skill(s): Computer literate Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Work independently with minimum supervision Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply, training will be provided. Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya (near Bukit Indah), Johor, Malaysia.
