Job Description
Job Responsibility Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Process orders and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations. Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction. Assist in telesales for filter and warranty products. Job Requirements Who Are We Looking For Preferably, candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed. Have excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia Basic understanding in electrical, mechanical or plumbing is an added advantage.
