Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, along with strong interpersonal abilities. Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Attitude: A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team. Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office. Experience: Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
