Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysiais mandatory, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to actively listen to customer concerns and provide empathetic support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to resolve conflicts effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Retentation (CRR) principles and practices.
  • Work in Dr Ana Taiping.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing personalized support, and proactively anticipating potential issues.
  • Actively listen to customer complaints and concerns, employing empathy and effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and find mutually agreeable solutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer needs are met and to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities to increase customer loyalty and retention through targeted initiatives and proactive communication.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels to provide insights to management and inform decision-making.
