Job description

• You ensure Main Entrance and Smaland\xc3\x82 is effectively equipped at all times throughout the day; ready and available to help customers when needed.
• You have the knowledge, confidence, and desire to make positive customer experience.
• You know your levels of authorization to solve customers/visitors problems when they occur and recognize when you\xc3\x82 need to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorization.
• You pass on the relevant information\xc3\x82 to deal effectively and efficiently with the customers/visitors.
• You offer solutions to frequently asked questions. This helps to make a better future shopping experience for everyone.
• You ensure our store is a safe and secure environment at all times for visitors and colleagues
• Understanding the IKEA Concept, global solutions, tools and working methods and ensuring\xc3\x82 using\xc3\x82 the appropriate manuals from Inter IKEA Systems to help\xc3\x82 optimize our customers\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99 shopping experience.

• You are a self-motivated team player with a desire to take on responsibility and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
