Job Description

Location: Office is based at Menara Generali

Working hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: RM2500 - RM3000

Employment Status: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Responsibilities



Proactive handling of aftersales service queries from walk-in or call-in customers. Listen and understand customers' issues /feedback on product/s Document relevant details of inquiries, comments and complaints for follow up with Technical team to ensure product issues are accurately identified and resolved. Ensure each and every aftersales' customer case is thoroughly follow-through. Manage customer disputes or dissatisfaction and ensure complicated cases are escalated to the right department or higher authority Deliver personalized customer experience while ensuring consistency in service standards

Requirements



Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma. At least 3 years of customer service experience with luxury/high-end goods. Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service Team player with strong interpersonal & problem solving skills Computer literate in MS applications Well groom and presentable.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:

Customer service experience with luxury/high-end products: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
