Customer Relations Officer/telemarketing (basic + Commissions) Beauty Industry
Job Description
Make daily phone calls to new leads and handle incoming calls to coordinate on appointments/reservation.
Liaise with respective outlets to follow up on appointments through email, call or message.
Database Leads Management (accurately update customers details-contacts, purchase service/treatment, reaction/feedback).
Always Strive towards meeting the sales target set by management.
Identify and follow up closely with new prospects.
Evaluating results and submit reports such as daily call reports and monthly analysis.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing given tasks (including assist in roadshow if needed).
Work closely with various departments and company beauty outlets.
Adhoc job request by immediate superior.
Requirement:
Diploma/SPM with min 1-2 years experience in telemarketing or indoor sales. Preferably in Beauty industry.
Sales oriented person, able to meet sales target and work independently.
Preferably good communication skills in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage. Need to liaise with multilingual speaking clients.
