Job Description

Position: Customer Retention Specialist (Telesales)



Tenure: Part-Time



Location: Glenmarie (Office-based / Onsite)



Working Hours:



2 Shifts: 10am - 2pm

OR

2pm - 6pm

(Assigned by supervisor; rotates weekly)

5 working days per week

(Rotational shifts including weekends)


Requirements:



SPM / Diploma holder. Able to work on rotational shifts, including weekends. Good customer service and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:



Contact and negotiate with customers to retain their subscriptions Handle customer concerns and follow up promptly Educate customers on pricing, promotions, and services Provide feedback to improve client retention strategies Resolve issues/escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
