Customer Relationship Executive

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business leads Attract and secure potential clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers Understand client needs and effectively present product benefits Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently Stay informed on market trends and competitors' activities Monitor and report on sales performance regularly Handle after-sales service and resolve customer issues promptly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or relationship management (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
