Key responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain good relationships with existing clients, building trust and loyalty through consistent communication and personalized support.
Proactively engage with potential clients to
introduce the company's services
, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions aligned with their investment goals.
Execute strategies to boost sales within the existing client base and creating plans to attract new clients.
Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs and revenue targets by leveraging client referrals and upselling services.
Collect client feedback to uncover opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing services.
Collaborate with the product development team to design and implement
Customized solutions that address the unique needs of clients in the Malaysian stock market.
Keep precise client records, document all communications, and generate regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Job requirements:
Candidate should possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Strong ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills, ensuring professional and efficient handling of diverse client inquiries.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Client-focused mindset, dedicated to building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
Prior experience in a related field such as client service, financial services, or business operations is a plus.
Familiarity with online trading platforms is advantageous.
