Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The Executive will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer relationships, managing customer retention, communicating with customers, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales. The Executive will primarily work in Shah Alam, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Sales, and Customer Retention skills Effective Communication and Exceptional Customer Experience skills Experience in customer relationship management and sales Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English Experience in E-commerce is a plus
