Customer Return Specialist - Japanese Speaking


This role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

:

Management and coordination of leasing asset returns which includes + Issue asset lists and shipment forms to our customers to initiate the return of equipment.
+ Keeping track of outstanding shipment confirmations and follow up till closure.
+ In cases where return equipment is missing or damaged, negotiate settlements with the customers.
Collaboration with our 3rd party logistics vendors on + Monitoring the status of returns
+ Address any late shipments promptly and provide clear instructions to cancel shipments when necessary.
Assist returns reconciliation specialist with surplus queries if necessary. Issue termination instructions to the asset termination specialists at the asset level and communicate the completion of returns to our customers. Coordination with various internal stakeholders on return asset reconciliation

Education and Experience Required:

Typically, a bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience or a master's degree and up to two years of experience and fluent in Japanese language
