Customer On-Boarding Specialist main role is to assist RIA CICO merchants to register new users for the RIA mobile app and to assist merchants to generate assisted remittance transactions. He will mainly based at the merchant's premise. On ad-hoc basis, he is required to perform new user registrations at the street, dormitories factories, and other potential locations to increase customer acquisition and achieve sales numbers.
JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES AND MARKETING: -
Establish a positive image and convince customers to download and register for our Ria One apps as per the KPI set.
Convince customers to perform cash in, cash out and assisted remittance at the respective CICO outlets as per the KPI set.
Engaging in meaningful Interactions and building a good relationship with both CICOs and customers.
Provide all the needed information of company to both CICOs and customers.
Monitor the competitor's activities (Exchange rate, Promotion, service, etc)
Distribute promotional materials in a friendly, approachable manner
Attend promotional events, on ground activities, campaigns at designated CICO's locations to help promote our RIA app. Assist to set up tents, booths, and promotional goods
Assist CICOs to trouble shoot any issues in regards to the RIA apps and its transactions
Assist CICOs for any new leads and referrals
Any other duties and responsibilities will be reviewed or assigned from time to time at management prerogative.
QUALIFICATIONS
