Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Handles and responds to customer enquiries and complaints via inbound calls.
  • Follow according to the company\'s processes and procedures when dealing with all customer inquiries, issues and complaints are resolved.
  • Escalates any difficult and complex issues to team leader.
  • Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customer.
  • Enters, updates and maintains accurate information of customer interaction, transactions, comments and complaints in the company\'s system.
  • Shares customer feedback with relevant the team.

Requirements:
  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree holder with relevant experiences.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills of written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shift rotational shift basis. (Shift Allowance will be provided)
