Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Assist with administrative duties, including replying to emails and answering phone calls. Prepare documentation related to customs forms. Support customs clearance processes and handle submissions through customs and government portals. Monitor and track shipment status regularly; follow up closely on any discrepancies or delays. Prepare shipping-related documents and customer reports. Continuously provide ideas and work closely with the immediate superior to improve existing processes. Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management.
Job Requirement:

Detail-oriented and attentive to documentation accuracy. Able to commit for at least 4 months (January - April 2026)
Open to internship students.
