Requirements

• SPM/Diploma or any higher academic qualification in any relevant fields. Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
• Exhibit negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate and numerate
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet datelines and targets
• Good attitude and willing to learn, hardworking and responsible
• Basic Malay and English reading & communication

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
• Taking orders, preparing delivery order, checking purchase order from customers and issuing invoice
• Perform data entry
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Answer enquiries, receive customers' complaints and coordinates with sales and deliveries
• Maintain an efficient control system of records, invoices and delivery orders
• Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior
