Job Decsription

Technical insurance support to customers and brokers, completing a wide variety of duties involved with handling accounts for expatriate and A&H insurance risks.
Providing help and assistance across multiple platforms, including: emails, live help, & telephone from potential customer, existing customers and brokers/agents
Assist customers with submitting claims via our proprietary online claims platform.
Manage \'first notification of loss\' claim requests via our Expat-Pat system.

Job Requirement

Degree or diploma holder in any field
Experience of private medical and travel insurance and dealing with customers directly.
A complete and maintained understanding of EXPG facilities, including the various product lines and business philosophies.
An understanding of the applicable policy documentation and wordings.
\'Native\' English speaker and communicator.
