Customer Service - Airbnb (Work From Home)
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Airbnb operations.
Requirements:
? Male candidate preferred (hospitality background)
? Fluent in Malay, English, and Mandarin (spoken & written)
? Good computer literacy
? Able to handle late-night calls, messages, and inquiries
? Able to report to the office once a week for meetings
? A team player with good communication skills
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Office & Work Location: Penang Island
