• Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Shop Customer Service
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic office software
• Good communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with basic stock handling, picking, and logistics coordination is an added advantage

• Provide professional customer service through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-in customers
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist customers in finding suitable items
• Handle order processing, update order status, and coordinate picking and repacking with the warehouse team
• Arrange delivery and logistics to ensure timely shipment to customers
• Handle after-sales matters including missing items, damaged goods, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain accurate customer records, update orders in the system, and ensure proper documentation
• Support in-store operations when required, such as basic display, restocking, and stock checking
• Uphold the company's service standards and contribute to delivering a positive customer experience
