Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.
Good communication and customer servicing skills.

Enthusiastic about venturing into the Property Industry.
Responsibilities
Welcome and engage walk-in guests, ensuring a warm reception and providing clear explanations of the property products, offerings, and key selling points.
Support sales activities, including assisting the sales team with customer follow-ups, product briefings, and presenting basic sales information to potential buyers.
Assist in the execution of sales events and marketing activities held at the sales gallery or related venues, as assigned by the management.
Handle daily customer enquiries by providing prompt, accurate, and appropriate responses, while escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Contribute to workflow improvements by identifying opportunities for better coordination between online and offline sales channels.
Ensure an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints, maintaining professionalism and service quality both in-person and through digital platforms.
