Support sales activities, including assisting the sales team with customer follow-ups, product briefings, and presenting basic sales information to potential buyers. Assist in the execution of sales events and marketing activities held at the sales gallery or related venues, as assigned by the management. Handle daily customer enquiries by providing prompt, accurate, and appropriate responses, while escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary. Contribute to workflow improvements by identifying opportunities for better coordination between online and offline sales channels.
