  • Primary contact in providing Local Language Support for China DA Clients and a key part of the cloud transformation of Support provisioning for the E1 platform (both Powercurve and CrossCore). This a key role as we continue our cloud transformation into SAAS based support.
  • The support requirements for this role requires someone who has techno / functional skills meshed with strong customer service skills, who can manage clients independently including senior stakeholders for escalations / P1 & P2 Incidents.
  • Accelerated by the movement to cloud, the nature of issues requires the individual to be across the business domain, the product itself and have the ability to perform a level of technical application support as well as an understanding of the infrastructure/Architecture.
  • Given the complexity of the role, the array of skills required to deliver independently (on par with peers in the team) and the need for additional skills as we transition away from On-Prem Support models.
Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot web services environments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Highly motivated; consistently takes initiative; demonstrated ability to work independently with no supervision.
  • Results driven and goal oriented.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Strong aptitude for business and business metrics
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with key stakeholders

  • Ability to work with remote virtual teams.
  • Need to be able to look at issues from a business perspective and then translate this into the technical application.
  • Must be logically minded and enjoy problem solving
  • Positive, enthusiastic and have a `can-do\xe2\x80\x99 approach even in the face of adversity
  • ITIL certification is a plus
