Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and billing roles.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse customer base.
  • Proficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to evolving company policies, procedures, and software systems.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve customer inquiries and billing discrepancies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve conflicts and address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Manage the full billing cycle, including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and billing information.
  • Prepare and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Work Onsite in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Oversee the billing process, including generating invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and billing information in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and billing efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyze billing reports to identify trends and discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved.
