Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and billing roles.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse customer base.
Proficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
Demonstrate adaptability to evolving company policies, procedures, and software systems.
Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve customer inquiries and billing discrepancies.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
Resolve conflicts and address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Manage the full billing cycle, including invoice generation, payment processing, and collections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and billing information.
Prepare and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Work Onsite in Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
Oversee the billing process, including generating invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate customer records and billing information in the company's database.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and billing efficiency.
Prepare and analyze billing reports to identify trends and discrepancies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved.
