JOB SCOPE:
Attending to inbound, live chats and emails.
Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way.
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their cable subscriptions, cable tv plans, contract, cable/tv devices and monthly payments issues.
Manage customer complaint and customer feedback.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
