Customer Service Assistance
Provide refreshment to customers and visitors, ensuring a clean and welcome environment. Customer service assistant plays important role in supporting office hospitality and promoting a friendly and efficient workplace a environment.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and orderliness in the customer lounge and pantries at all times.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other refreshments to customers and visitors.
Clean tables, chairs, floors, and other facilities at customer lounge regularly.
Wash and store all crockery, cutlery and utensils after use.
Refill coffee beans, chocolate and topping at beverage dispenser machine.
Dispose of trash and ensure waste bins are emptied promptly.
Greet customers courteously and assist with any customer-related inquiries.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in the specific area to Facilities.
Adhere to health and safety standards in food and beverage preparation.
Assist in organizing the specific area for special events or high-traffic periods.
Monitor inventory and notify HR department when supplies need restocking.
