Requirements

• Experience in customer service or assistant roles is preferred.
• Fluent, articulate Mandarin speaker with strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear-minded, attentive, patient, and service-oriented.
• Good team spirit and basic computer proficiency.
• Online support experience is a plus.

Language Requirement:Candidates must be proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written), as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal team members.
Responsibilities

• Provide customer support on the company's online trading platform.
• Pre-sales support: introduce products and guide customers to complete purchases.
• Post-sales service: handle customer feedback and complaints.

Working Hours:Rotational 2-shift schedule, weekly rotation (5 working days, 2 rest days; non-fixed weekends):
Day Shift: 08:45-16:45 (in-office)
Evening Shift: 16:00-00:00 (remote)Personal laptop required.
