Fresh graduates and under-experienced are welcome to apply! Essential functions:

• providing high-quality service to drivers and customers by processing their requests, feedback, complaints\\claims, as well as assisting them in resolving day-to-day issues;
• monitoring the service rules violations;
• presenting drivers and passengers with an offer of new conditions and promotions;
• participation in the implementation of advertising\\promotional campaigns.
