Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM / High School qualification or above, any field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and basic English.
  • Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Patient, detail-oriented, and capable of managing emotions effectively.
  • Experience in Web3 is an advantage (training provided for those without experience).
Tanggungjawab
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through online channels and social communities.
  • Assist customers with order processing, after-sales support, and other related matters.
  • Gather and organize customer feedback, and report issues to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Manfaat
  • Basic Salary: RM4000 + Full Attendance Bonus RM1000 + Performance Incentives.
  • Working Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm (includes 1-hour lunch break).
