Location: Bandar Sunway
Position: Customer Service / Fibre Operation Support
Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,300/month
Contract Length: 6 months
Working Hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm
Work Days: Monday-Saturday (6 days/week, 1 day off on Sunday)
Job Scopes:
- Handle customer inquiries related to fibre services
- Provide support and coordination for installation or service issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up
Requirements:
- Relevant Exp
- Good communication skills (English & BM)
