Requirements

• SPM/Diploma
• Good Communication skills and Responsibility
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.(Traditional speaking and writing)
• Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities

• Highly prefer mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• To responsible for receiving orders and servicing the company's customers;
• To receive and process orders from customers and arranging for deliveries;
• To liase with logistics departments to ensure smooth delivery;
• To assist in performing stock counting as required time framed;
• To update stock list & generate monthly sales reports;
• To assist in maintaining all ISO related matters;
• To prepare quotations;
• To follow-up on customers payment collections, quotations, credit limit monitoring;
• To arrange for all related documents and/or procedures for export shipments.
