Customer Success Specialist - E-Mobility (Office-Based, Cyberjaya)

Wisma Shell, Cyberjaya

Employment Type:

2-Year Contract

Working Hours:

24/7 rotational shifts (Shift allowance: RM550/month)

Base Salary:

RM2,800/month

Language Allowance:

Applicable for Mandarin proficiency (an advantage)

About the Role



As a

Customer Success Specialist (E-Mobility)

, you'll represent Shell's E-Mobility business by delivering exceptional customer experiences across various communication channels. You'll handle enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and support our customers in embracing Shell's electric mobility solutions.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment supporting the future of sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities



Customer Support:

Handle front-line customer enquiries via phone, email, and ticketing platforms, including promotions, account enquiries, and feedback.

Issue Resolution:

Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution by coordinating with internal and external partners.

Loyalty Management:

Manage customer registrations, data updates, and loyalty-related enquiries while ensuring data accuracy.

Digital Support:

Encourage customers to use digital self-service tools and provide support for online platforms and apps.

Process & Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless customer experiences and system integrity.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in system testing, process enhancements, and operational initiatives to improve service delivery.

Requirements



Strong

communication and problem-solving

skills. High

attention to detail

and adaptability to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Bachelor's degree

preferred.

Fluent in English

(Mandarin proficiency is an advantage and eligible for language allowance).

Willing to work on rotational shifts

(24/7 coverage). Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and familiar with customer service systems. A team player with resilience, patience, and a continuous learning mindset.
