Job Description


  • Fresh graduate/min 6 month - 1 year of customers service/call center experience.
  • Malaysian, able to speak in English, Malaysia or Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills / able to communicate fluently over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills over the phone.
  • Persuasive and persistent in conversation with customers.
  • Able to work in shift hours.
Responsibilities
  • To efficiently handle inbound customer call inquiries.
  • Listening to the customers\' needs and to update accordingly in RM system.
  • To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
  • Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
