Handle incoming calls from customers professionally and efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in resolving billing, technical, and account-related issues.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
