Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally

Support telesales for auto & credit life insurance products
Promote Connect App to customers
Perform administrative tasks and assist team members when needed
Ideal Candidate:
Min Diploma/Degree in any field
1+ year experience in customer service
Good in multitasking, communication & teamwork
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
