Overview:


This role focuses on providing excellent customer service through inbound & outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting financial and insurance products. You'll also support administrative tasks and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction.

Key Points:



Manage inbound/outbound calls professionally Handle complaints and provide quick resolutions Support telesales for auto & credit life insurance products Promote Connect App to customers Perform administrative tasks and assist team members when needed

Ideal Candidate:



Min Diploma/Degree in any field 1+ year experience in customer service Good in multitasking, communication & teamwork Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
