• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries patiently and professionally.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, etc.) and a basic understanding of online sales processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels (live chat, email, phone) promptly and professionally.
• Provide solutions to customer issues, such as order tracking, product details, and return/refund processing.
• Assist customers in navigating and understanding the ONESSELL platform's features and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
