RM2,600 - RM2,800

What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound calls & assist customers politely. Provide clear info, solve basic issues, update system notes. Follow standard procedures & deliver good customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree)

-- ANY field accepted. Good communication in

English & BM

. Confident, willing to learn, and can handle shift hours. Immediate starters preferred.
