Excellent communication skills - able to clearly and professionally communicate with guests in both written and verbal form.
Problem-solving skills - able to think quickly and find effective solutions when unexpected issues arise.
Empathy & patience - able to handle difficult guests or complaints calmly and professionally.
Attention to detail - ensure accuracy in check-in info, refund amounts, guest requests, and documentation.
Multitasking & time management - able to juggle multiple guest cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
Tech-savvy - comfortable using Airbnb system, messaging apps, Google Sheets, and other digital tools.
Adaptability - able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities or guest demands.
Team collaboration - works well with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and superior to resolve issues quickly.
Tanggungjawab
Communicate with guests via Airbnb, WhatsApp and other channels before, during, and after their stay.
Provide check-in/check-out instructions and ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
Handle guest complaints and issues (e.g. cleanliness, facility problems, noise), and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate daily records of guest feedback, incidents, and issues.
Liaise with cleaning, maintenance, and other support teams to ensure unit readiness and quality.
Manage requests for refunds, booking modifications, and special arrangements in a timely manner.
Deliver a friendly, professional, and guest-focused service experience to maintain high guest satisfaction and positive reviews.
To perform other duties as assigned.
