About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

Customer Service

to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner Provide accurate information on products/services Manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Providing introductory information, such as a product manual explanation, to prospective and new customers Following up with clients or customers by phone, web chat or email to check that they're still satisfied with their purchases or services received Accessing databases to retrieve account information for customers Letting customers know about additional products or services that might benefit them Escalating queries and concerns when necessary Staying up to date on the latest products and services that an organisation provides
Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field Strong communication skills Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
