Job Overview:The incumbent is responsible handle the online enquiries from customer with daily customer support and operational task.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent support experience to customers via Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok.
Monitor and respond to customers customer inquiry and feedback.
To provide support and user guidance for Company's services and products.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration / Management or any related field.
At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales.
Basic computer literacy and familiar with social media such as Facebook and Instagram.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
Cheerful personality, able to work independently and as a team.
Able to perform in multi task and easily adapt to fast pace working environment.
Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred).
Able to commence immediately is an advantage.

Work Location: Taman Setia Tropika @ Kempas, JB or Medan Niaga Tasik Damai @ Sungai Besi, KL.
Salary RangeRM 2,000.00 to RM 3,000.00
