Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls and enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
Always work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
Requirements
FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma) (Degree) are encouraged to apply.
SPM Level with minimum 1-2 years customer service/ sale experience
Must be able to communicate FLUENT ENGLISH.
Ability to speak in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
Willing to work on rotational shift basis (including weekends and Public Holiday).
Shift Allowance will be provided.
Willing to work in Melaka.
