Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Respond to customer comments and complaints on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Provide accurate information about products or services in a professional and friendly manner. Monitor daily messages and ensure timely responses. Report customer feedback or issues to the management team.

Requirements:



Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in basic English. Good communication skills and patience in handling customers. Experience in managing social media platforms is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
