Key Responsibilities:
Support the Business Development in all recruitment-related activities.
Handle both local and foreign worker recruitment, including coordination with agents and clients.
Willing to travel for recruitment missions and site visits when necessary.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
Ensure all recruitment documentation and processes comply with company and regulatory standards.
Assist in achieving the company's placement and revenue targets through quality service delivery.
Prepare reports, track progress, and follow up on candidate and client status updates.
