Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels, including phone, email, chat and live chat.
Educate and provide accurate information to customer/merchant/vendor on product range.
Offer a variety of product related solution to customer/merchant/vendor
Receive and process order in efficient and accurate manner.
Utilize inbound call to generate sales and revenue.
Register and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company\'s database.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in order to add value in business.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, and provide feedback to the management team.
Creating business plan to ensure long sustain of company revenue
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Able to consistent in contribute ideas on how to improve and boost revenue
Evaluate the end-to-end customer experience to identify and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition, maximize revenue, and improve retention.
