Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company\xe2\x80\x99s products
Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
To be successful in this role, the candidates will need to have:
Good communication skills (Based on project language requirements).
SPM leavers who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply \xe2\x80\x93 Full Training Provided.
Candidate are required to work on night shift. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
